COACHING PACKAGES

I offer 1:1 online run coaching and run training plans, including strength training, delivered on the Training Peaks platform for £145 per month.

​

What's included:

 

  • Initial consultation to discuss your ability, goals, current training, experience, work/life balance and training availability etc.

  • Personalised training plan on Training Peaks created just for you around your life, availability, work and goals. The plan will also be dynamic so last minute changes can be made along the way if needed.

  • Longterm planning so you can understand what you are doing, why you are doing it and to see what's coming up next and even forward plan.

  • Cross training and strength sessions that will compliment your run training.

  • Unlimited contact from me via WhatsApp, Training Peaks or email, whichever you prefer.

  • Daily feedback on your training sessions on Training Peaks.

  • Monthly coaching call at the end of each training block to discuss training and chat about the next training block coming up and all things running/training related i.e. kit and gear.

  • Race specific support - pre-race chat, planning and briefing; as well as a post-race review.

Additionally, if you are up in the Lake District and our schedules align, I also enjoy meeting up for a run with my athletes at no extra cost.
